The 10th Annual Learning and Teaching Conference went off with a bang on 17 September. Delegates enjoyed fascinating keynotes and workshops given by our speakers – Gilly Salmon and Rick Stone. Their keynote presentations and slides are now available.
In the morning, we held a series of roundtable discussions on the themes of Changes and Challenges, Assessment, and Blended/Distance Learning. Each discussions main points were captured, and will be available by October 12th.
At lunchtime we held poster presentations of the work of our Learning and Teaching Fellows 2008 – 9, accompanied by mp3 recordings of their presentations. The Fellows video presentations and slides are available to watch in full.
In addition, as part of our week of celebration of learning and teaching at Anglia Ruskin, we screened archived interesting and provocative keynotes from conferences we held in 2008. These include lectures from:
- Prof. Glynis Cousin
- Lawrie Phipps
- Sara De Freitas
- Dr. Paul Martin
Finally, on Friday 18th September we held a drop-in workshop to assist colleagues in creating their own vodcasts. More of these workshops are planned, if you are interested in creating a vodcast or podcast, e-mail inspire@anglia.ac.uk to let us know.
